What is this Service?
Outpatient Therapy provides intensive clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, families, and adults with identified mental health disorders. This service is designed to meet the specific mental health needs of the identified client as they relate to their diagnosis and can be provided in-home, in-office, or other approved/appropriate community setting. Outpatient therapy includes psycho- educational activities/interventions designed to assist the consumer of the reduction of dysfunction. Services are provided with client-centered and family-centered approaches and are delivered through intensive, time-limited, goal specific interventions. Therapy can be conducted as often as once a week or as little as once a month depending on the needs of the consumer and/or family.Leave a reply
