Founded in 2006, YES emerges as a leading North Carolina provider of treatment and rehabilitative services for at-risk children, adolescents and/or adults with mental health disabilities.
YES helps many children, adults, and families with human health needs and other complex behavioral health issues through a network of YES credentialed locations to include: Child & Adolescent Day Treatment facility, Outpatient Behavioral Health Treatment, Psychiatric Services, Four (4) Level III-Residential Treatment Facilities, and a Level I-Therapeutic Residential Facility.
Our outpatient behavioral health program is a stated certified Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency providing behavioral health screenings, mental health evaluations, substance abuse assessments, individual/group/family therapy, substance abuse counseling, medication management, intensive-in-home, community support team, and referral services.
We provide person centered home and/or community based services for individuals we serve. Our programs focus on building personal relationships and maintaining community connections through services that are customized to meet the specific and changing needs of the Consumers we serve.
YES is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). We are certified by the North Carolina as a Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency (CABHA) with a children and adolescents continuum.
