Founded in 2006, YES is emerging as a leading provider of treatment and rehabilitative services for at-risk youth and persons with mental health disabilities in the State of North Carolina. Through a network of several locations to include: A Child & Adolescent Day Treatment location YES helps many children, adults, and families throughout the State with behavioral health issues and other complex needs.
We provide individualized & community based services for individuals we serve. All of our programs focus on building personal relationships and maintaining community connections through services that are customized to meet the specific and changing needs of the consumers we serve.
YES is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). We are certified by the State as a Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency (CABHA) with a children and adolescents continuum.
